Our back pain solutions aim to make you relieve pain, regain strength, improve mobility, and feel comfortable performing targeted movements that support spinal health. As a customized service, our back pain program is based on an initial assessment and tailored specifically to your needs. Once you go through your evaluation with our Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin Amanda Rizzuto), our physical exercise specialist will present you with a plan following R.Kin Amanda's recommendations and scientific periodization, and we will discuss the best way to put it into practice.

Our method combines functional mobility training, core stabilization, strength-building exercises and a holistic approach and is divided into three phases of treatment:

1- Control pain and recover movement.
2- Strength and rehabilitation.
